EMDR Therapy: EMDR is a highly researched form of therapy that focuses on letting your brain lead the work, rather than talk therapy. Our brains, when not overwhelmed with trauma, are able to naturally process traumatic events. For EMDR therapy, I like to hold processing 60 minute sessions in between each 90 minute session in order to create space for processing of the experience.

Couples & Family Therapy: Online or in-person therapy. This is designated for clients to work on their romantic or familial relationships. Couples & Family Therapy is designed to help relationships prosper and grow through an exploration of mental health goals and process their mental health experiences. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

Therapy for Adolescents: Online or in-person therapy. This is designated for clients between the ages of 12-17 to process and explore their mental health goals and process their mental health experiences in their schools, families, and/or communities. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.
