I have a Small Business, In which I just got my EIN number and planned to hire employees, But no way to run Payroll, and Keep up with my companies books, I saw AMJS Management on bark, After Contacting Adriana, She showed me her website, and The Companies Accreditations, From BBB, and Showed she was accredited by QuickBooks as one of their Certified ProAdvisor's, After contracting with AMJS management for payroll services, I quickly went to them for book keeping, because my payroll was ran Accurately and was very well done, I thought if I saw this level of detail in payroll Then why not have her take care of our books, and within weeks our book where organized, She had cyphered out my mess and Organized it all in quick books for me Accounts payable, receivable Best choice I had ever made for my own companies growth!

What do you love most about your job?
We as a company Support the communities we serve in Virginia. Seeing people reclaim their homes and seeing smiles across our clients' faces is why we are in business. As the Company Owner I love helping those under me, under my leadership and mentorship grow seeing my employees thrive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Before becoming a business owner, I worked in the food service industry making a few dollars above Minium wage barely surviving. With companies focused on just money and Managers treating people as resources that can be replaced. Really took a toll on my mental health and self -image So I began in the Service industry as a 1099 Independent contractor for Handy and Homeaglow. Noticing the freedom and flexibility as well as a market for the niche I was in. I wanted to be the change that many job seekers are looking for. I created an Employee centered Company in the Market I was self-employed in. A company that looks after the employees, that is Employee centered I had a dream to expand that opportunity to those around me to help those around me be successful and thrive. "A company is only as successful as the employees' it Employes".

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We Require our Employees to be Fully Vaccinated and require them to show proof of their vaccination status. This is also requestable as well. All Employees were mask when in clients' homes, our employees carry Disposable gloves and our clients can request they were them while cleaning, We also We also require weakly Covid testing for our employees
