What’s your signature dish?
Shredded Brisket is a favorite for versatility with buns, bread, Cheese n Mac and others. At the Mobile Restaurant, our Loaded Fries and Dragon Burgers are second to none!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We know the event organizer is creating a story. We listen to what the they want to achieve and help them get there! Number of guests, venue and budget also help shape the perfect menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction on every face after that first bite. It keeps me going!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am particular about ingredients and food handling. Starting my own business gives me complete control over the entire process.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We respect the request of the event organizer and will be happy to mask-up when requested. We also sanitize all surfaces constantly to keep our staff and guests safe.
