Mike and his crew are THE BEST! They got 3 stains out of our carpet that my wife and I had deemed impossible to remove. Paint stains from a long time ago. ALSO, they cleaned our kitchen/dining room grout and tile (which is 13 years old). His crew was here for 2 full days with razors cleaning old residue and old sealant off each individual tile. Then they sealed the entire floor and it looks BRAND new again! Their attention-to-detail and pricing cannot be beat, we shopped around! Furthermore, Mike personally came back when the project was complete to check the work and fill in a couple holes in our tile. Great service and company here! Working with competent professionals is always pleasant. Saturday morning I called Mike from All American Carpet & Tile to come take a look at a leak. He walked me through the whole process and told me exactly what needed to get done. I work in property management so this isn't the first leak I've dealt with, as someone who knows the protocol I can honestly say that Mike knowledgeable in this area. He ran a water damage assessment and pointed out the non-visible affected areas. He also set up large dehumidifiers to dry any damp areas. Recently my partner and I tried to re-sand and re-seal our 800 sq. ft backyard paver area and the material we used didn't dry right and caused a serious problem! We called Tiffany at All American Carpet & Tile and she jumped into action. Along with her side kick, Kyle, the stain specialist, they took great care in spending about 2 days working on the messed up pavers that were "milky white" after we tried to do it ourselves. It turned out great and we really appreciate their extra efforts in getting it done prior to our 4th of July party! Thank you both again for your expertise and action! From their quick and friendly response to the yelp estimate (which sent me 10 contenders for the upholstery cleaning job I was looking to do), to the booking process with Tiffany, to the excellent, thorough and courteous job done by Reggie and his longtime work partner (sorry, I've forgotten his name! ), to the compassionate help I received when my dog shockingly soiled one of the couch cushions just two days after it being restored to pristine perfection, I am extremely pleased and impressed with all aspects of this business - customer care, quality workmanship - and reasonable price!  Unfortunately, I am moving out of the area, else they would be my absolute first choice go to for any carpet or upholstery cleaning project I would ever have!  Thanks so much y'all! I selected All American Carpet Care Inc. based solely on Yelp reviews and very thankful I did. I could not be more satisfied!  My 8x11 thick wool area rug needed work.  Actually it need a lot of extra work because of my own fault.  I previously cleaned the rug with one of those home-store rented carpet cleaners and more than likely used (misused) a high-alkaline "shampoo" that subsequently caused some discoloring. Mike, I believe to be the owner, called me and explained the situation and said they washed, rewashed, treated, retreated and did everything possible to make the rug look new again.  And it does!  And all their extra efforts did not cost me anything extra.  They want to have a satisfied customer..... and that's what they have in me.I will never again use a home-store rented carpet cleaner on any rug or carpet I own.  Today I learned that just because a "do it yourself" job is easy doesn't mean it's without risk.  Without hesitation I recommend All American Carpet Care Inc. to anyone needing such services. Looking for the best carpet cleaners in San Diego? Look no further, All American Carpet Care is as good as it gets. We have been using them for many years and this review is long overdue. Ease of booking.. I think its Melanie who typically answers the phone - sorry for not remembering your name - always friendly and accommodating. Reggie is the rockstar cleaner extraordinaire (yes, this is a thing) is a really good guy and always leaves my carpet looking great! Its always 2 guys and today it was Reggie and Simmie - Carpets look great guys!They also understand the complexity with doing a job in Mission Beach, and I never have felt to be overcharged because of where we are, unlike other services. Its hard to find a great local company who gets the beach nuances. Once you get it, its not that big of deal and I appreciate All American Carpet Care for getting it. All American brought peace to my frazzled nerves.  I had hired a carpet cleaning company about a month ago to take advantage of their special discount.  When they were done, not only did my carpets look dirtier but felt dirtier.  They used portable machines and somehow left a couple big blotches of what looked like dirt in a couple areas in my home.  It wasn't totally obvious but I did not a notice a difference right away.  I let the guys go without saying anything because I wasn't sure if I was seeing what I was seeing or not. Then about a week later, I got a trail of carrot juice on my carpet.  My sweetheart daughter tried to clean it up for me but it turned into an ugly trail of a color I can't even describe.  I couldn't take another moment of looking at my carpet this way and asked on Facebook if anyone had any carpet cleaning services they recommend.  My friend recommended All American Carpet Care and said I should request Reggie. I called them at 3pm and was able to get them to come out the very next day.  Reggie and Sergio did a fantastic job not only cleaning all of my carpets but removing the nasty stain.  Reggie explained to me that portable units don't do as great of a job as ones in trucks, like the ones they use.  Once he told me how portable units require a constant refilling of water, it was easy to understand why my carpets looked the way they did after the last cleaning company.  Thank you All American.  I wouldn't hesitate to use you guys again. This company is amazing!!!  I used them 3 times for a rental we lived in for three years. I'm a dog lover and ... well you know how that can go on carpets. The rental' carpets were 12 years old and the carpets looked better than they did when we moved in. Kyle and Sergio were so nice and really took the time to help me with the carpets as we vacated. This is the best Carpet cleaning in San Diego! I will never go anywhere else. They are super prompt with scheduling, my carpets are super clean and smell awesome, the staff is superb! , their machinery is top end so my carpets are practically dry when the leave. I used to have a white fabric couch and it always looked brand new by the time they were finished. I recently sold a house and they came and cleaned the carpets - it had a really harsh dog smell and they came back happily without charging and did it a second time. I have recommended All American to clients for years. I just had my own carpets cleaned. Reggie and his team were great. I could tell that he really cares about the service they provide. I have 2 young children and a dog that likes to really roll around on the carpet...so it was dirty. After the cleaning, my carpet looks as new as can be expected, actually better than I thought. They were able to remove stains that I thought would be impossible to take out. I asked Reggie about cleaning some brick. He was very honest with me and told me what to buy to spray on myself to treat. I never felt like I was being upsold or rushed to make a decision. I've had my sofa for 6 years, it's the first piece of furniture I bought when I moved into my condo in 2010. I figured it wouldn't get that dirty since there's only two of us, but after six years of not cleaning it, my sofa got pretty dirty. When my friends would come over they would tell me that my sofa is pretty dirty and I should get it cleaned. It was a little embarrassing so that's when I knew I had to have it professionally cleaned.  My friend recommended All American Carpet Care, so I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment. The scheduling process was very easy and they were available within a few days, so I didn't have to wait that long to have it cleaned. Reggie and Daniel did a great job, the carpet looks brand new and it didn't take that long to clean. They were very professional and were even able to show up a little earlier then my scheduled appointment time.
