Affect Living is all about positively affecting lives. Through Coaching and group speaking events we address issues around Covid PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and addiction, as well as Physical and overall emotional health .
Life and Health coaching is for anyone looking to grow and improve their overall life.
We focus on today, tomorrow and whatever yesterday has left you with.

This coaching is Solution-focused, not problem-focused.
We will spend time talking out what is working in your life, work, home,
and whatever else that is significant to you.

My business is more than just a job. Each time I take on a new project, person, or idea, I make sure it aligns with my core set of values so I know that I can deliver great results.
