What do you love most about your job?
I love empowering people to grow by getting out of their comfort zone and accomplishing goals that they have had difficulty doing on their own.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am passionate about growth. After living internationally for many years, I learned that it was scary to journey into the unknown, but very rewarding. I want to help others experience the benefits of not letting fear or dead-end beliefs hold them back.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have varied life and career experiences and have worked with people from all around the world. This provides me with a unique perspective to help my clients from all walks of life.

Yes. If people prefer not to meet in person or live out of the area, I use Zoom or the phone based on the clients preference.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow all of the state guidelines and adjust as needed for each client.
6-Week Coaching Package
This package is designed to fully support you as you dive into the ideas, goals, and challenges that you want to tackle to achieve and find your personal version of success. You will receive six full-length coaching sessions and also have exclusive access to your coach. Get ready to work hard together and make positive changes in your life as you discover your strengths, set goals, work to overcome obstacles that have been holding you back, and form positive new habits. You are in the driver’s seat, with an Adventurous Life coach alongside to support you in this journey.
Upon payment, you will receive your intake packet, which will include a link to book your first session. During your initial session, we will get to know each other and discover your hopes for coaching, as well as dive into your first coaching session (this first session is up to 2 hours). From your initial session, you will have 45 days of exclusive access to your coach.
This includes completing your five remaining sessions (50 min), as well as the ability to text, email, or call your coach with questions, clarification needed, or for encouragement during a mini-session. (This exclusive access is available from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday with your coach responding as quickly as possible, if not immediately available to communicate.)
