What do you love most about your job?
Honestly, being the hero. There is nothing more stressful then running your own business. When your technology isn't working correctly, and your customers/patients/clients are screaming and your regular go to for tech support is nowhere to be seen... that would bring anyone to their breaking point. But, our clients don't have to deal with that, they call us (or we call them because we already know of any problems) and they know we have them covered!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Been doing traditional break/fix for 20+ years. Decided to form an MSP in 2015 as a way to bring structured IT support to my clients.
