When coaching-or counseling you must always inspire the individuals. First why are you in your feelings?How did you get into this situation?Are you prepared for the process, knowing that you may or may not get your results immediately.
Can you stay disciplined and understand, that time is patience. How much do you want to alter you, for a better you. Are you ready to hear the truth? I gather all meaningful information and place it on the table and explain this is the meal you have prepared, planned and created, then I help you execute the blueprint of your relationship. Once a person understands the recipes of a healthy relationship, then they can start the process.
