DeWayne is a genuine person that lives up to his word and stands by his work. He is reliable, honest and an integral individual. I cannot recommend him for your pest control needs enough. Can't recommend Dewayne enough, he was always responsive to calls (picked up or call back within 10 minutes for us), and was knowledgeable and straight forward with his information. He followed up with us to make sure his work was completed to his own standards, and was thorough in his instructions to us on what we should do/which products to use to keep the bugs out. AAA National Pest Control was recommended to me from family a member. I scheduled a appointment with them. I have multi unit building, and I've had quite a few companies out over the years with sparingly success. So I was very Leary of all contractors.I started with one unit first, and the results were positive and favorable. I went all in from top to bottom. People lm happy tell you guys that 6 months later all is well. No more tenant complaints, just smiles until it's time to pay rent "LOL". I highly, whole heartedly recommend Dwayne's company. I am a landlord in the Chicago area. Among every landlord's nightmares, I had a tenant move in who not not brought roaches, but also bedbugs. I believe the roaches hitchhiked in from a storage facility she was using (a bit of a hoarder) and she admitted she'd had bedbugs from a previous landlord. Now it was my problem. My building is owner occupied so addressing the problem was top priority. I called another pest control company who came out 2-3 times. The problem did not go away and instead some roaches migrated to my unit. Some companies want to control the problem without resolving it so you need multiple service calls. The better companies will solve the problem. After reading Yelp reviews, I contacted AAA. DeWayne, the owner, was very responsive. He scheduled a time and arrived within his target window. He diagnosed the problem and explained why the other pest control company had not helped. His methods are something of a lost art and very effective. I decided to treat the whole building. Unlike the other pest control company, the bug problem stopped immediately and the tenant never complained again. A year later, the tenant moved out. I am planning to move into her unit to fix it up, so I called DeWayne again to have the tenant's unit treated. (He guarantees his work for 60 days, which is better than most companies, but this was a year later so a fresh service call was in order). DeWayne returned promptly, again arriving within his suggested window. He agreed that re-treating was appropriate any time you have problem tenants move out. As the apartment unit was empty, it made his job easier and he offered a discount. He now has a more powerful fumigation machine and, especially with the unit being empty and unfurnished, the area was doused. I feel confident moving into the former tenant unit. I am skeptical of some of the negative reviews here. I recommend you look at the Yelp reviews as well.It's unfortunate that we, as landlords, sometimes need services that result from tenant actions. Regular homeowners could encounter problems as well, especially if neighbors in our close-proximity Chicago residences are not maintaining their property. I had bed bugs eating me alive due to lack of up keep and poor landlord judgment for letting disgusting tenants in the building. After calling around and doing a bit of research AAA not only had some of the best reviews but also gave me a great price.I can say that my condo is bed bug free after the visit and even cooler is the exterminator is returning for a follow up! I was always scared of the term "exterminators" or ever having anyone come into my home spraying pesticides, but Dwayne & Frank made this the best experience ever. Not only were they able to identify the pest right away but they used organic and pet safe sprays/equipment. We didnt even need to leave our home or have to worry about our 70 gallon fish tank, geckos, gerbil or dogs! I was super pleased. They did all the heavy lifting, got in between every crack, corner and compartment as well as behind all furniture. Hello Everyone,Since the summer of 2017 we've been having problems with Box Elder bugs, who were truly a nuisance to our family. Not to downplay anyone profession, but our previous technician was not able to get rid of this particular pest. I called Dewayne on 02/23/18 (Friday), and I knew in my heart this was the right person, but he told me that he could not come out until the 30th of March. Immediately I expressed to him, that I was going to pray that the Lord would touch his heart, and move somethings around on our behalf. Dwayne was called again on 02/26/18 (Monday), and I expressed to him it has gotten worse since the last time we talked. He replied: That because you made such an impression on me, I will move somethings around and will be coming on 02/27/18. Now, not only did God touch his heart, but gave me options when it came to the time. This man walks in integrity, and guarantee all of his work. He is very kind, punctual, and if you listen he will tell you what is going to be best for you. We are continuing to walk in our freedom from those bugs.
