I find Dana to be very responsive to my calls and I appreciate the reminder call the night before each cleaning. I have our house cleaned every other week and I couldn't be happier with the service. I think the secret is finding the right person to clean and I am thrilled to have found a stellar young lady. There were a couple of her girls sent to me previously that weren't that great but once I spoke to Dana, she sent a young lady that has been phenomenal. I've been pleased with the service ever since. I've had 2 cleanings done by them now and have had no issues. Found them from a deal online and setting up the cleanings was a super easy (Danna, the manager, was very responsive to my emails). The cleaner contacted me the night before to confirm and showed up on time and ready to clean! Would recommend Paul, he did a great job cleaning our house. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here, Maybe they had some issues in the past but we've had good luck with them on 2 cleanings in the past 6 months. I started with A 1st Choice with a Groupon.  I have had some issues with the cleaners - however, Dana has been awesome in "making things right".  She has given me additional cleanings to make up for any missed appointments or other issues.  I think her customer service is excellent, and would rate the company 5 stars if she could just get more dependable cleaners.  I have had a some great cleanings, and with that and the customer service, I will continue to be a customer! I have been using First Choice Cleaning for over four years now.  They have been cleaning my house twice a week, and always do a great job.  I have a black lab and his hair can be a little out of control, as well as him tracking in dirt and grass from the back yard.  After the cleaning I am always thrilled to come back to my house, and see how clean my house is.  I would absolutely recommend this company!!
