Great food and drinks, cover cheap. Staff real friendly. I’ve been going since they opened and the crowd has really evolved as well as the dress code. It’s definitely geared toward a sports bar attire now. The djs are always hitting they play something for all age groups. Just realized that after midnight the music is mostly trap music. Olga L.I walked in with no appointment after having a horrible experience at some other hair salon with a poor quality and ugly color highlights and asked for help. I was desperate and didn't expect much thinking I wound be turned down as nothing could be done to fix my mess. I was so impressed that people were so nice and professional and were willing to help! A couple of hairdressers looked at my hair and came up with the plan to "clean up" my poorly done coloring job. Mason was the guy who did my hair and made me look a lot better. I was so happy and pleased so I scheduled my next appointment with Mason. My next appointment was even better! Mason did a wonderful job with highlights and lowlights and cut my hair exactly like I wanted. I have received so many compliments on my hair like never before. I loved my experience here! Well, technically I went to the second location on Old Shell.This is an Aveda Concept Salon. I had no idea what all that meant before coming here. I just needed a new hairdresser ASAP! But, they use Aveda products which are all natural, even the hair color is plant-based. I left a salon feeling pretty for the first time in a long time. Alex West was super helpful in explaining how I will get my hair from Point A to Point B. My hair is so much improved since my visit there. I love the products they use. Amazing smelling and my hair felt and looked great! Also, this salon is beautiful! My daughter got married June 2nd at the Grand Hotel. Julie drove from Mobile to Fairhope very early in the morning to do the hair of the entire wedding party, the mother of the bride, and the bride's aunt. She was totally professional and everyone loved their hair. She was pleasant and fun to work with and even returned to the Grand Hotel after the ceremony to put in a special headpiece that the bride had bought to wear after she took off her veil for the reception. It was an exceptional experience and we could not have asked for a better stylist or salon! It made our day exceptionally wonderful! More...
