What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been thinking about it for many years now. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time as a leader and working with/coaching individuals. Since beginning my recruiter role I have not done as much of this, and I miss it a lot.
Why should our clients choose you?
I may not be the right fit for everyone because ultimately, we should both be a good match for each other. However, I do have the experience, the education, the passion, and the servant leadership style that’s needed to partner with the special clientele for a successful coaching experience.
