We chose 365 Paint Solutions for our house exterior paint job based on the quality of houses that they painted in our same neighborhood some years earlier and they all still looked as if they were just painted. We had our paint job completed and the process was very easy with them. We are very happy with the results. The scheduling and coordination was very easy because the team at 365 is very responsive and easy to work with. The paint crew did a great job - paint looks well applied, all sealing was redone, and the workspace was very tidy (no unwanted paint or damage on anything). My project involved preparing and staining the exterior of a second home (cabin) on the Skykomish River. Some of the work involved difficult access to very high second story locations. All of the exterior windows required re-caulking as the former work that had been done was very non-professional. The company owner was very helpful in helping to select paint quality and colors and in coordinating the project schedule as it was located in eastern Snohomish County. We found 365 Painting Solutions for exterior home painting through Porch. They did an excellent job, start to finish. Jeff, the owner, was involved throughout the process and helpful/ attentive. Whether we had questions around paint selection or logistics, he took care of us. The crew (Luis, Javier & Victor) were hard-working and respectful. Jeff and company were great to work with. From the start, it was clear that he cared not only about the quality of the job but also our continued satisfaction with the process at every step along the way. We had a few special requests -- trimming of a treetop that was threatening to brush against the house, for instance -- and he was happy to oblige. The painters that were sent were friendly, accommodating, and competent, and the painting job, once started, was complete in about a week. They took great care to do top-notch work, with careful attention to detail, and cleaned up neatly after themselves. Jeff contacted us shortly afterward, and was quick to address any remaining concerns we had. I recently did some work for Jeff Clark with Three Sixty Solutions. I found him to be extremely communicative, friendly, organized, and thorough. It is evident that he truly cares about his clients, and this is shown by his attention to their particular job even when he is totally slammed. I am a plumber who he hired to take care of a small issue with a house he was helping prep for listing. It's great because a lot of contractors will just try to do fixes themselves - but Jeff knows that hiring the right person is going to guarantee the results that define his firm. You would do well to hire Three Sixty Solutions. They have integrity and do an excellent job. In a metropolitan area with literally thousands of contractors, that is unfortunately quite rare.
