So many things wrong with the Tulsa location and the way that we were treated so rude by not only an employee but the owner. Our home was left incomplete and in disarray. We were hung up on and told that they wished we had never become A customer. Even though we paid for all work well before the job was completed. DO NOT USE 360!!! I had work done by them and the franchise went out of business and the corporation does not stand by the franchise. I need them to come back and retake some areas. As a former franchise owner I wouldn’t recommend this franchise to current prospective franchisees. While there are a lot of positive articles available online highlighting the growth of the company a review of FDD’s between 2015 and 2020 reveals the high turnover rate of owners. You’d have to really dig to find the lawsuits, consent orders, liens and disgruntled employees that raise the red flags and earn you to stay away. Do not use them. I hired 360 niagara to do 5 rooms in my house. Cost roughly $6k and now the mud and tape is drying out and cracking. I’ve called the corporate office over a month ago and have not heard back. Seems like they want the work, but don’t want to abide by the warranty they offer. I repeat DO NOT USE THEM. Will never hire them again. Terrible terrible customer service !! Posted this 4 days ago and still haven’t heard anything. Once again, DO NOT HIRE THEM. We had one of your crews do a complete inside paint job week of August 31, 2021. You really need to hire and train respectable painters, Painters that showed up at our house did not do any prep work and would not remove light switch or receptacle wall plates until we forced the issue. They had no means to clean up after daily completion, no brooms, dust pans, or vacuum cleaners. We had to go behind them everyday and tell them what to fix, repair, before they left for the day. Less than 3 yr ago we hired 360 for a large job. The product and preparation of our existing deck, RV port and building was inadequate. The wood had been sealed and stained well over a year after construction and needed to be sanded prior to coating applied. Per Sherwin Williams the surface was to be sanded and absorbency tested to insure the coating would adhere. These steps were not done. The Superdeck coating is horrible and is coming off of all flat surfaces. Also anything spilled or tracked on the coating does not scrub off. Boards on deck were rolled so paint does not even go into the cracks. This job is a complete failure and 360 is not promptly backing their Warranty. Yes the few scratches from dog toe nails are there and I take responsibility for that. But the failure of the handrails, gates and deck board surfaces in general, are the failure of the product and application per 360 staff. We cannot recommend 360 to anyone.
