We chose this company because of its excellent reviews on Yelp. Â The positive reviews are spot on, and we are not only glad we chose them, but we will definitely call them again for our next carpet cleaning. Â Customer service is OUTSTANDING. Â David, the owner, is polite and professional, calls to verify the appointment the day before, and communicated to me via text when we could expect the technician to arrive. Â Charly, the technician, was super kind and also professional, and we just couldn't be more pleased with our nice, newly cleaned floors. Oh my gosh! I'm SOOOOOOO VERY GLAD I called 1 and Done! I almost used Someone else but saw the reviews for 1 and Done and realized I needed to give them a try. Wow, not sure what the use but their cleaning solution smells SO much better that anyone else's! You don't get that musty smell afterwards and you can't even smell the pet urine he was pulling out of the carpet! I thought I had ruined, maybe bleached, my carpets pouring on a pet urine neutralizer but he got it all back to normal upstairs and made the downstairs unnoticeable to the casual observer. David really is awesome! He was very prompt. ( love when a person shows up on time for scheduled appts)He did an excellent job cleaning the entire carpeted areas. The carpet is very old and not in the best shape, but he made it look 100% better. We have requested quotes from several carpet cleaning companies on Yelp.com. Some replied and some never did. Only one and Done Carpet replied with exactly what we wanted to know and the quote was very accurate and honest. Nothing hidden, nothing too low to lure us in. But just flat fare price. I definitely would say that David, the owner, is worth to do continuous business with. Also, their cleaning does not use any chemical. And David did not do a sloppy job. He made sure that he went over every spot several times and for the stains, he went over them numerous times to make sure that they don't come back after he leaves.
