I guarantee cleaning deposits refunded with all moveout cleanings - I charge .20 per sqft and would add any out of the norm from there for example: if the job is several miles away, I add a charge for driving time and gas. If there is any destruction that has been done to dwelling, i.e., holes in wall, carpet/tile damaged etc. that is not included In the guarantee. I’m a detailed deep cleaner. Therefore, it takes me a little longer than your regular house cleaner. This is the only way I know how to clean because I am OCD, a perfectionist and will not do a job 1/2 way to collect $$. My initial cleaning is usually higher than it would be if you retain services. I also include baseboards, wiping cabinets or appliances down and/or anything I see that needs to be addressed. I usually do a little something extra each time I clean. For instance, cleaning the refrigerator out, the oven, blinds and interior windows. If you retain my services on a reoccurring basis, I would possibly do one of these tasks without charging an additional charge that I regularly bill. Also, prices vary depending on the frequency of cleanings. I have many references if needed and am reliable, have transportation, upbeat personality and have made several long-term friendships because of it. I am in the process of getting licensed as an AZ Real Estate Agent and could be a big help when selling your home. Not only could I clean to make sure it sells, I could also be your agent! I can bartend for special occasions w my mobile bartending services, do your income tax returns, provide personal assistant duties, cook for you/family and offer organizing services. Currently I am working on different price packages and will give a quote for the services you are requesting. My prices are usually under what the going rate is for the work I do. How long have you been in business?

Since 2013. I’ve always cleaned for friends and family and then started getting several requests to clean just from word of mouth from existing clients. I have been working in and have always had another means for income, by working in the service industry either bartending, serving, or managing restaurants. I also am an active driver for Lyft and Uber platforms when I have time or for extra money, if I’m not cleaning. Until now, I wasn’t able to invest 100% of my time to just clean for my main source of income. However, , as of recently, I was able to attend real estate school and can now focus on a new career venture and would like to merge with my cleaning services.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

I supply most people everything. I prefer the client has their own vacuum for hygiene and allergic reasons., which is important for both the client and business owner. I also prefer to clean when nobody is in the home. This helps a lot w not getting distracted and also eliminates “those kind of people” that want to add stuff to your already quoted job. Yes, I have had to learn from experiences constantly in this industry.

What do you love most about your job?

I love the before and after results -when you can tell a difference that the place looks 100% on point and can see the time and effort put in-that’s timeless.
The satisfied client -it feels so good to have a clean home and to know the job was done thoroughly, by someone that’s trustworthy in your home, makes me feel proud and honored.
Self worth and accomplishments-
Cleaning is a spiritual and physical importance for me. It declutters and clears my mind. Sweeping and mopping are known to calm the mind down or “Sweep the negative energy away” and not only do I feel good about accomplishing the results of something being dirty to clean, it gives me a good workout, keeps me in shape mentally, as well as, allowing my inner rockstar to shine through by singing w the music I bring (hahah).

What inspired you to start your own business?

Besides the fact I love to clean, I was tired of busting my bottom, neglecting my family and life and making people a lot of $$. It gets real old and depressing not getting an “Atta boy” once in awhile or credit for sheer profit made from hardworking and honest driven results. When I work in the service industry, I have consistently brought in sales, excellent customer service skills, have a business-like mind by ways of making sure the establishment is making the most money that can possibly be made, takes care of and understands the business like it was their own and also Is a clean freak and the employer does not recognize it or at least rewards you via compensation, then it’s inevitable that business will lose good employees -I can make at least what I was making without the grueling hours that come with being a bartender, dealing with drunk people constantly and acting as a therapist in most bartending positions, I will make more money working for myself and can say I knowingly did it all in a morally and ethical way.
