Grand opening is 3/25/14.  Attended the pre-opening yesterday and the food was delicious, seriously everything I tried was yummy: beet salad, cheese and dry salami plate, scallops and chocolate tart.  Not to be outdone by the amazing food, the interior of the space is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere has a light airy modern yet rustic feel.  There is a great outdoor patio with cool bar area where you can relax and enjoy the scenery  The personal touches throughout the space do not go unnoticed.  Finally a Roswell based restaurant on the east side of 400 worth staying OTP for!

It's in a prime location in Town Center park, which makes it hard to get into on the weekends. Â They moved from Taylor road which was bigger and easier to get into, but definitely check it out on less busy times or do take out. Â Great value for portions they give you on take out. Â Best pizza in Suwanee. Â Calzones and pasta are great bets as well. Â Deserts are huge and wonderful as well.

My homemade Alfredo is one of my signature dishes. I give clients the option to add multiple and different options on their Alfredo (i.e. chicken, lamb, steak, shrimp, clams, scallops, mussels, etc).
To create the perfect menu for my clients, I go into detail of what each client likes/dislikes and all the dietary restrictions or allergies they may have. I make sure that each menu option fits each clients wants and needs entirely!
Being able to create meals that people would never think they could have (mostly because of restrictions) and make clients happy is what I love most about my job. The simple "I never would have thought I could eat this! Thank you so much for making me love food again!" is what I love to hear from each of my clients.
My wife actually inspired me to start. She saw, from my tenure at Johns Hopkins University, that I had the ability to create menus from the craziest of allergies/dietary limitations and was able to do so without hesitation. I never thought it as something that would help people love food again, I was just doing my job. My wife made me come to the realization that I had a passion for making people remember what it was like to enjoy foods they haven't had in years.
Clients should choose to work with my wife and I because we will make sure that your event/dinner/meal preparations are everything you dreamed and more. We cater to each client, and their parties!
The services that we can provide online are: menu consultation and purchases for seasoning and salad dressings.
The changes that we have made, due to Covid-19, is allowing customer the option have food dropped off instead of cooking in their homes. We still love to give the experience of a home cooked, chef prepared meal, but we will all drop off foods, if necessary. In the case that we have clients that would like a in-home catered dinner, we make sure that we have mask on the whole time of service.
