I appreciated the advice that Nicole provided me with during the discussions that we shared. Nicole's approach was heartfelt and genuine. Her proposed solutions were practical and methodical, and some of the dialogue that we exchanged helped me to realize some points of view that I had originally overlooked when trying to sort things out for myself. Receiving the third-party perspective of someone who is compassionate, mature, and non-judgmental is so important in everyday life. What's more important is that I distinctly felt that she has "been there" before herself and so her advice resonated with me as someone who has cultivated the prerequisite wisdom and understanding that I needed to hear. I felt that her advice was the perfect balance between being spiritually mindful and also grounded in the "real world", which is something that I have realized many other people trying to fill the role of Life Coach lack.
