What do you love most about your job?

We love solving puzzles and each business is a new set of pieces to analyze. There are opportunities to increase efficiency, to make money, and better yet - we find that 23% of our clients end up doing business with our other clients. We have a group that coordinates travel which was a need of one of our other clients which in turn provided some real estate advice for our other client. Connecting people and being connected to people is what we love most.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had built three successful businesses but once they were on auto-pilot my interest in them was limited - with this business I am able to have endless opportunity to analyze and improve the businesses of others which makes me very happy.

I have a diverse set of experience which is rare on Bark, I've helped run a Restaurant that started as a mom & pop local eatery that later became a 20 location franchise, I've managed 4 award-winning medical practices that became the monopolies in their taxonomy, I've performed volunteer consulting for 79 start-ups in underprivileged areas around Detroit and Flint Michigan, I've directed the operational analysis and support of 18 high-end tech companies on behalf of a Venture Capital Firm, and I've successfully built and sold 3 businesses of my own.
