Depending on your experience level, we could either do 1-1 coaching (including online check ins and program progression) or purely online. Either way, my promise to you is to follow up with you professionally to ensure the best results for you.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Looking back on my bodybuilding journey, I wish I had gotten professional guidance sooner. And so I hope to provide that to those who are just starting out on their journey.

Absolutely. Be it 1-1 or purely online, my job will be to do weekly check ins with you and make any necessary modifications from there.
