How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help them achieve their goals through sitting down and really understanding their goals.
Setting a timeframe for them to complete their goals and then personalising a plan accordingly.
Using 1:1 tailored personal training sessions a minimum of twice per week results will follow.

Consistency, mindset, commitment.
If you are ready to commit, have the desire to succeed and are willing to trust me to help you the rest is the easy part.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is seeing clients achieve something they previously couldn't do or believed they couldn't do.
Its a privilege to have such a personal relationship with my clients and help them change their lives
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in an office environment for 15 years and was stressed, tired, had no energy and wondered if this was all their is.
I had a vision to help others not end up like me, with work or their careers dominating their lives at the expense of their health or relationships.
I couldn't see anything like it out there where I actually care about my clients, they are like part of my family, not just a number, so I decided to start my own business, from scratch to provide the solution.

Because after 2+ years of being in business my clients get results, they change their lives, they are able to do things they never thought they could do.
I love being able to facilitate that growth in them, whatever it may be that they want to achieve.
1:1 Personal Training
Tailored 30 or 45 minute personal training sessions.
Either online or in-studio.
At least two sessions per week minimum.
Online Small Group Training
If you prefer a group situation then join my online small group classes.
These are done online via Zoom with no equipment needed and are a great addition to your 1:1 sessions
Energy Transformation Package
2 x 1:1 Personal Training sessions per week
1 x Online class
Added bonus of Yoga Live. An online Yoga platform where you have access to 20 minute Yoga sessions when and where it suits you.
