I'm an experienced leadership and organisational coach with over 700 hours of coaching practice. I've worked with people from all levels in organisation's from founders to individual contributors.
I take a strengths based approach, working with you so that you understand how you see the world and the world sees you and to set you up so that the world see's the you you want them to!
I believe that the best way to do this is to stand in the spaces between patterns in our lives.

Research shows that coaching via telephone, i.e. voice only is highly beneficial for coaching counterparts.
