So disappointing. As an original naki girl, I was taking some out of towners around to showcase some of the local spots, for which three sisters was on the list as has never disappointed. Until today. Appalling service. The male server took our food order and then said he would come back for drinks. Didn’t, but we managed to get the attention of the female server who when 2 of our table tried to order a beer flight advised they were too busy to do them. We were a bit gutted but none the less still ordered beers. Less than 5 mins later a group of 8 young girls who arrived after us ordered their drinks. No impressed to see that they ALL ordered the flights of beer, wasn’t an issue for them. I complained at the time, was offered a meek sorry about that, but nothing was done to rectify. Very very disappointed. Was trying to support local and the tasting we wanted to do was to pick some beers with the hope of being able to.buy for our wedding in the naki next year. Will take our business elsewhere. More...

Service was appalling. Arrived, we were seated, a bottle if water and 2 glasses were literally dumped on our table, waiter did not speak. 20 minutes later still no service so I went to the bar to enquire if we were served at table or did we have to order at bar. Stood at bar, staff member in conversation with somebody he was obviously acquainted with, he half turned his back on me, with no acknowledgement that I was there. We left. Friendly bar staff, who were knowledgeable about the brews. Unfortunately they had to shut down their kitchen early, so wasn’t able to get all the food we would’ve hoped for. Staff were really good, and refunded us our money. Would definitely go back, just to try all the vegetarian/vegan food. Beer was outstanding!! More...
