The Circus Hub is one of my favourite places for all things aerials, ground skills and challenging my body. I have tried many classes including aerial tissus (silks), static trapeze, duo trapeze, contortion, hand balance (handstands), adagio (hand-to-hand) and Lyra (hoop). You don’t have to go to the “gym” before starting a circus class but it will certainly help. You learn about spacial awareness, conditioning exercises, learning movements (which builds your strength) and more. The trainers are all incredible and I feel very safe performing moves with or without(no spot) their help. Definitely give it a go if you are curious! More...

So impressed that you've done such a great job getting resources online quickly. I've been using the stretch classes as an antidote for sitting scrunched up with my laptop on the dining table :-) Perfect opportunity for anyone thinking about circus classes to give it a go at home.
