Depression Counselling
Having Leti support me on my healing journey has been a gentle and loving experience. She really listens to the things that I need healing and I've always felt safe in her presence 💛 she's helped me understand what trauma I have and where it is in my body and she's given me tools to work with daily so that I can continue healing.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create a safe space where I could be in service of others.
I want to be in alignment with a life purpose to help others that need support, mentorship, coaching, and more importantly, healing.

I do offer 1:1 Reiki Healing sessions, either remotely or in person.
I am in base in Sandringham
I have been doing Reiki healing for many years and I became a Reiki master a year ago.
Having Reiki healing is gentle, it helps to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, clear blockages in your body, have more clarity, and find peace within yourself.

In coaching, we focus on what you want to create. We ask questions to clarify and bring your intention and attention to what wants to be created versus focusing on what you don’t want.
We support you in having your own insights versus looking outside of yourself for answers, validation, or authority. This helps you increase your own confidence in yourself and your decisions.
Holistic coaching, helps you take your own insights and do something with those insights so that coaching conversations are about moving insights into action, application and integration. We are making moves not just processing or talking about what needs to get done.
