How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It's the most important thing. You are what you eat and if the foundation isn't solid to begin with, then what you build on top of it will almost always fall over. I use different tools to educate and help people understand what healthy eating actually is and then give them the guidance to build a lifestyle to support their newfound food education and eating habits. Turn knowledge into a lifestyle.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First of all, it's important for me to understand what my client wants and what they are looking for so I always begin with a 3 session consult system. In the first session, we sit down and talk about what it is you want from me, how I can be of service, and if I'm the right fit for you.
If so, we then progress to our Nutrition consult. Nutrition is an important part of being healthy so it's important for me to understand this as much as possible. Then if things are still going well we move into a movement consult. This is where I assess your movement. I get you doing a series of exercises and flexibility assessments to figure out the best way to progress forward with the physical side of things. Your health and wellbeing are of the utmost importance so making sure Nutrition, Exercise, and your endpoint is assessed thoroughly is key to making your journey a success.
I then advise what the best path forward will be, get you registered on my training platform and we begin kicking goals together!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Support and Knowledge. Everyone knows what needs to be done to lose weight or put on muscle mass but few people understand what works for them in particular. My role is to help you discover that as quickly as possible and start moving you forward in the right direction!
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people believe again. It's one of the most fulfilling feelings helping people lose weight or get in the physical shape they have desired for years but what tops it all off, is their desire to want more and believe they can achieve it. That's the real kicker and why I truly love what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I aspire to believe in more as well. More for my life, more for my family, and more for my clients. Starting my own business gives me this opportunity and also helps me to maintain that desire to believe every day.

Yes, I can. I guess one of the best things to come out of the COVID lockdown and the last few years is the ability to adapt. I run online Zoom consults, have an online client and training platform where you can access your program 24/7.
The same system also has a messaging system so you can contact me 24/7 and we can either use videos or zoom sessions to help you with your actual training and technique when performing your program.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of the standard gym protocols, hand sanitisers, availability of towels, disinfectant for equipment, and a face mask. Anything else that my client needs to make them feel safe can be worked in also.
