Unreliable. I setup two appointments. Both times I waited an hour and had to chase them up. Both times I was given the excuse they were too busy. We are staring this year 2021 and nearly 1 year by now.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we arrive with all of the cleaning materials we need and take them with us when we leave. Otherwise, you can provide what you prefer.
What do you love most about your job?
I am very hard-working, conscientious, honest and trustworthy and I understand my performance as a cleaner need to be consistently high in order for your business to succeed. I like flexible hours, the ability to work longer hours (overtime) and also the fact it is a job where I can get to work in a variety different location on a daily basis and also it is an opportunity to get to know and trust by someone who never know me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The main inspiration for starting my own business is my entrepreneurial spirit and I have a strong desire to be success. There are also successful people whom I admired in my lifetime. Also, helping people for those who are finding difficult a job especially, refugees and migrants who don’t have higher education and qualification and also language barriers. Another reason for me to start my own cleaning business is be my own boss and being financially independent.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are following the guidelines of Ministry of Health:
such as physical distancing, wearing a mask, keeping rooms well ventilated, avoiding crowds, cleaning our hands, and coughing into a bent elbow or tissue
Weekly/Fortnightly
• The bathrooms, including the mirrors, towel rails, bath, shower, shower glass, shower tray and toilet will be hygienically cleaned and sanitized.
• The kitchen will be thoroughly cleaned, including all surfaces and visible appliances.
• The dining room table and chairs will be dusted and/or polished.
• Desks, buffets, occasional tables will all be dusted and/or polished.
• All the floors will either be vacuumed or vacuumed and “Clean shine” cleaned by a Squeegee.
• Cobwebs will be removed, but spiders will probably survive until the next clean!
• Obvious wall marks and marks on and around light switches and door handles will be cleaned.
• Stairs and handrails will be cleaned (where appropriate).
DEEP CLEAN OR SPRING CLEAN
• We spend extra time in the bathroom, cleaning the bathtub, showers, mirrors and toilets
• Cleaning all surface including tables, countertops, appliances, chairs, dressers, sink basins and faucets,
• Cleaning under furniture
• Wiping down ceiling fans and light fixtures.
• Cleaning blinds and upholstery
• Dusting individual decorations and picture frames
• Sanitizing trash cans and other surfaces.
• Dusting lamp shades.
• Cleaning baseboards, window frames, and door frames.
• Vacuuming entire floor and mopping the floors
END-OF-TENANCY CLEAN
• Dusting of all window sills and furniture
• Dust everything including skirting boards
• Spot clean damp wipe walls
• Wipe out cupboards, wardrobes and pantry
• Clean kitchen appliances Oven clean
• Rubbish bins emptied and consolidated to collection point
• Floors vacuumed
