Highley recommended, I've always wanted to give muay thai a go and thought I would give he toa a go. Man am I glad I chose this place, Dan is a really good trainer and is teaching me heaps! Great Gym! Wonderful trainer with grass root fundamentals. whether its for fight training, loosing weight or just an appreciation of the art and discipline. Dans a really good guy and will set the environment so your comfortable enough to express yourself with the tools he teaches and your away on that Muay Thai journey where ever it takes you!
