My daughter attended the aDvANCE full time programme in 2020. As a keen jazz and contemporary dancer she was wanting to improve her ballet technique, so having a stronger foundation for her other styles. The teachers have inspired my daughter. She has a love of ballet she never had before and a new appreciation of its importance. My daughter did not want to become a professional ballet dancer, she wanted to go into commercial dance. The programme has been brilliant for her and I would recommend it to others considering any career in dance. The course provides an idea of what professional training is like, the hours and additional work required. Thanks to the course my Daughter was successful in getting into her preferred tertiary education course at the end of the year in Commercial Jazz. A special mention of adaptability in 2020, and home learning...so our yr was quite complex and challenging and we still came out singing the praises of the academy. More...
