Our studio others a quiet oasis to get your body moving towards optimal health. We do this using a variety of skills and techniques, tailored to the needs of the individual. We are fully trained in treatment based massage therapy and combine this with an empathetic and initiative approach.

We offer a service dedicated to supporting mothers at all stages. Whether they are expecting, newly postnatal or gave birth years ago. We understand the ongoing physical impact from carrying a baby and birth; and we help mothers to connect, recover and be more in tune with what their body needs.
