How do we engage with our customers looking for landscaping solutions :
First Meet / Understanding: One of our sales representatives will meet with you, look at your space, understand your requirements. Then he/she will give you suggestions on which landscaping elements can fit to your place so that every element is well aligned with each other and is supporting each other. He/She might also discuss with you your budget if that’s a constraint. Based on both of your interactions you may decide to continue with the engagement.
Survey : One of our Architects will take measurements of your entire space and submit the survey report to both us and you.
CAD (Computer Aided Design): Back at our office, based on the survey report one of the CAD engineers will get into action and prepare a 2-Dimensional design of the space with measurements and placements of existing elements of the space along with the new landscaping elements that are going to be added. Once this 2-Dimensional Design is ready, our Architect will set up a meeting with you and explain the details. Once both of you agree to the design and the new elements that are going to be added to your space the next step of engagement will begin.
3-Dimensional Design (Virtual Design): As part of this step, one of our Designers will create a 3D structure of your space. This step is very important from the perspective that you know before-hand how the end-look of your space will be once the real landscape work is completed. We call it virtual, because you are literally toring your space with all your desired landscaping elements even though those elements are practically not existing. Trust us, You will have an amazing experience with the virtual Design of your landscaping project. Once this design is approved by you the next step will begin.
Quotation: We understand that an affordable pricing is as important for you as the landscaping transformation. Since we provide many materials directly and have our own resources to do the task in hand, we are saved from paying middle-man commissions which otherwise would have been charged from you. Also, we believe that in this competitive world, having a larger user base will help us with our reputation and continuous engagements. This drives us to keep our margins as low as possible. From an end-user perspective you also understand that cheap is not always the best, so try to balance your landscaping service and budget rather than over-doing it or under-doing it. Once the quotation is approved by you the next step will begin.
Agreement: Illusive Designs and You(Client) both will sign agreement copy of engagement, payment terms, commencement date, timelines and some other common understandings. This is to ensure neither the Vendor(Us) nor the Client(You) is anyway cheated, in which case the first-party must incur the loss caused to the second-party and vice-versa. This step also increases your trust in us. Once the agreement is signed-off based on the date mentioned, real work will commence.
Final Delivery: Now the landscaping work of your residential or commercial place is completed. We will speak with you to understand your satisfaction level of what we have delivered. Anything that stops you from giving us a 5 out of 5 star rating, we will try to address that immediately. Then we get an understanding signed from you with the completion of work and warranty for the services delivered.
