》Turnkey Commercial Services –
The firm’s project managers and workers take full charge of interior development projects from conceptualization to design and execution for commercial projects like corporate offices, retail stores, salons, restaurants, café, bars, hotels, spas etc. Besides providing regular updates on project progress to the client, We ensure that the project is completed and delivered to the client on a pre-determined date. The turnkey services include labour, vendor and material procurement followed by quality checks at every stage as promised in the work agreement.
》Design and planning Services –
Under our design and planning services- we offer Spatial planning and design documentation for your project. Our team visits the site, have a discussion, takes necessary measurements and photos, generates 2D plans and layouts-
Plans and elevations with photo references, specifications and moodboards
Working dwgs: Technical details and GFC drawings. Millwork, RCP, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Facade/ Elevation design, Landscape design etc.
3D design doc: 3D drawings with dimensions and details and 3D visualisation, realistic renders and views are produced for client's approval and contractor's perusal.
Complete Design + Supervision is also offered under our designing services(coordination and weekly site visit) + Material, finishes and furnishing sourcing and selection
