Been 45 days and no updates on my bike deluvery sratus. Once you book service they dont pick up the calls and after 10s of calls they communicate only on WhatsApp and even switched off the cell if you try to call them multiple times.

Very fake people and running fraud business.

Do not Opt this logistic. Got scared of loosing my bike, delayed delivery for 8 days and calls were ignored. I had used this logistic to move my bike from hyderabad to pune. I was promised 2 days delivery and I had paid 3500 for bike and 3300 as insurane. I asked them to lower my insurance charge and they denied saying bike has already left hyderabad. As per promised date my bike was not delivered, so I called logistic. For 4 days straight they use to give me false delivery days. After I got angry with the dates, they stopped picking my call for 2 days and after 2 days they finally picked my call and gave me a number. It was the driver and he said the delivery will take 2 more days since the vehicle has not left hyderabad yet. Such a fraud way of doing business. I wish your organization will never grow and people wont suffer the way i suffered. I wish i can attach the whatsap chats and call screenshots , but can not do that . DM me if you want proof.
