On 22 April 2021,he hired me as an anchor for his event in Samastipur.he paid me a certain amount as advance(around 20-30%of the entire budget )before that .
After the completion of the event he was supposed to pay me the remaining amount ie INR 5000/-.
On 22nd April,I had two events both in Samastipur.
So I soon as I completed Sudarshan's event I had to rush to my second event site.So,I was I am rush.
When I demanded my remaining payment from him on 22nd after the completion of the event,he promised to me that he would transfer the amount digitally.
Today is 26th May,and this fraud,shameless man Sudarshan neither received my calls nor replies to my messages.
I'm a professional freelance anchor and the sole bread winner of my family.
I've lost my father and have to look after my mother.
In this critical situation like covid,artists like us have become jobless.In such adverse situation,he is not releasing my payment .
I've got the evidences to prove my point.
