Brigadier Sushil Bhasin is a Military Inspired Leadership and Time Conscious Coach.

He empowers his learners through transformational masterclasses and workshops, keynotes at conferences, customized indoor sessions, energizing outbound programs, and insightful one-to-one / one–to-groups personalized coaching. During COVID he mastered the art of Virtual Masterclasses and coined his concept of HIVE (High Impact Virtual Engagaement)

He has been applying his 34 years military leadership experience in the corporate and educational worlds for the last 17 years and has carved a niche both in Leadership and Time Consciousness.

Brig. Bhasin has pioneered the concept of Time Consciousness, which he uses to coach people to change their mindset from spending time to investing time. His book “Million Dollar Second - Time Investment Strategies in the Digital World” explains the theory of being consciously aware of the importance, relevance and value of time and teaches readers to ascertain their hourly monetary worth, which will make them more mindful of optimal utilisation of time.

Using his 34 years of military experience and unique insights, Bhasin believes in creating a difference in people’s lives by motivating them to execute their strategy, vision, and values. As an army man, he took the decision to pursue his passion over duty and decided to hang up his uniform and march out of his army life into the corporate world. Described as an “avid student and formidable teacher”, Bhasin has been guiding the corporate world for over fourteen years in Military Leadership, bringing the battlefields’ ‘do-or-die’ attitude into polished boardrooms. He works with c-suite executives, HR leaders, and training managers to create powerful growth hacks for individual contributors, team leaders, and senior management.

He is a member of Asia Professional Speakers Singapore and has spoken on Leadership and Time Consciousness across industries and conferences in India and abroad. He has had the privilege of conducting training sessions in the USA, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Kuwait, Dubai, and Muscat.
