What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To prioritize COVID-19 safety, we rigorously sanitize high-touch areas, implement social distancing measures, and encourage contactless payments. Shields and mask-wearing are enforced, and online reservations are preferred. Regular staff health checks, accessible hand sanitizer stations, and clear communication through signage are maintained. We explore virtual services, offer flexible policies, and train staff on updated safety measures, adhering to government capacity guidelines and encouraging customer feedback for continuous improvement.
