If bark had the audacity to offer a zero-star rating, I wouldn't hesitate to slap them with it because they're not even worthy of a single star. Here's the rundown:

1. Their comprehension of household items is embarrassingly pathetic. I specifically asked for two AC units—a window and a split. But no, they interpreted that as just two measly boxes of AC units, conveniently doubling the previously quoted amount.
2. As for their so-called customer service, it's a joke. When my items finally arrived, the vendors couldn't even bother to unload and unpack properly. Instead, they recklessly hurled the goods inside the gate, causing damage to both AC units.

Honestly, if they can't even handle these basic tasks, they should just pack up and get out of the business. More...
