What do you love most about your job?
I am into the field of personal coaching since 2004 and have been among the pioneer promoters of emotional health and wellness in the country. I have worked with more than 400 individuals personally and have 7000+ hours of coaching experience in the last 14 years and conducted more than 500 workshops on emotional health and wellness and inherent behavior. And I can tell you that this is not a professional job for me, this is my passion, my calling and a vehicle on the way towards my purpose of helping individuals to become their best version.
What I love most is the opportunity to work with fantastic individuals and witness their inner growth, their working on themselves and bringing out the best in them. Also, when I see them eliminating their own blockages, developing the courage to follow their inner calling, and taking small steps toward a life they don't only want but deserve, this is the most satisfying moment of all for me.
Through this academy's programs like personal transformation and change coaching, group coaching, and corporate and educational learning solutions, I am trying to provide my best to help others to know their true self, deal with their fears and limiting beliefs and identify their passion, purpose, and take a step forward towards becoming their best version.
I have exclusively designed programs ranging from 1 month to a year for change and transformation coaching. I also do Intensive sessions (longer individual sessions) for those who have less time with them and want to have more clarity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I can say this is called the heart's calling. Before taking my coaching and training as a profession I tried many things to get going. But I found my calling in Personal One to One coaching as coaching has helped me in bringing out my best.
Today when I work with people on various levels, from diverse backgrounds, from different environments - I feel a sense of satisfaction that as I have worked on myself to become my best version, those with whom I am working can also get to know their true self and help themselves to become the best version of them.
