I am delighted with the efforts of Avik and Expressive Fotographiya in printing my Canvera Album so beautifully. Communication was the key and we developed a great understanding with the team in a short period of time. They connected us with the printing officials very promptly when we approached them and we had a wonderful experience with them. The result was a mesmerizing Canvera album that we proudly possess now. We cannot thank team Expressive Fotographiya enough. They were able to follow our instructions really well and informed us about the entire cost. The worst service we have ever get from anyone. Both my husband and I hired him for our marriage from both families on 2021 February for two days shooting. He asked for 40k for two days and we paid as per agreements on time. I have all the payments cheques and agreement saved. He promised us to deliver within 2 months both video and album. Like an unprofessional guy, he didn't care to keep promise. After thousands of requests, he sent the video on 27th August 2021. After few months, found without our knowledge, he has removed the video from YouTube which we didn't even download. The entire memories of our marriage is lost. When we asked him, he kept on giving some stupid excuses. The photo album was delivered on December 2021. It was late as according to him, photo printing machine was not working. Imagine the level of hypocrisy. I would suggest not to hire this unprofessional service for any occasion. The pain of losing the entire memories of marriage can't be expressed in words, but I must urge you to think wisely before hiring him for further occasion. More...
