What do you love most about your job?
Helping the young generation to build a happy and prosperous future is what I love most. My job involves listening, understanding a student and discovering his/her natural strengths. Having a satisfied child and parents at the end of counseling gives me the highest satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion to understand individuals and helping them to find solutions prompted me to start this business. There is no better satisfaction than to see a dismissed child taking strides of success.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a bunch of professionals charged with the passion to allow the children's' natural talent to bloom. It is our endeavor to change the mindset of parents to look at the careers. We are not associated with any institute to sell their courses. Our intention is purely to help students to choose a career that promotes their success and progress.
We continuously update our tools and knowledge from international data sources. Our industry experts keep updating our career database, so that the careers advised are futuristic and sustainable.

We used to provide services, online and offline all over India prior to the pandemic. We changed to online during pandemic. However, with the restrictions gone we may consider parents requests for offline counseling.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We stopped direct meetings completely. The entire process is now carried out through video conferencing. The reports are also provided in digital format.
Career guidance
It has been established that every individual has a unique natural talent which is his/her biggest asset. If this asset is put to use, the child is sure to succeed and shine in his/her career. Unfortunately, parents force traditional careers on their children, which results in destroying these natural gifts.
We uncover these natural strengths using scientific tools and match them with careers. We prepare a suitable, detailed education plan for every child. This process is equivalent to building a beautiful future.

Mid-career transition guidance
Mid-career crisis happens when people find their job boring or find their progress stuck. In such a case it is always advisable to choose an alternate career, acquire the required skill set and transit to the new job.
It involves two major decisions. To choose a suitable career for transition and to get trained for the new skills set. It is not possible to take a break and get trained for the most of the people.
We assess the candidate's existing skills, the personality traits and interests. This enables us to choose the careers which can be transited to with minimum problems. We provide a detailed plan for transition.
