Never ever go to this place. This is the most pathetic coworking of that you can find in Delhi NCR. Their complete iron AC vent had fallen on my head, and I was severely injured with my personal belongings being damaged, including my spectacles, my laptop, my phone, but the staff was least interested in helping me further or to take some actions regarding this. They just got off from the case by stating that it was not our responsibility and it was a natural disaster. Reimbursement is a far far word for them. I've encountered persistent issues with the Coffiz co-working space since my second day. Manager Astha has displayed a rude behaviour and consistently created inconvenience by changing my seats, claiming lack of space for only for My HQ users, and suggesting a potential end to their association with the My HQ app which when confirmed with my MY HQ, was a false claim. The promised healthy work environment is compromised due to these disruptions, affecting my productivity. Additionally, there are recurring problems with the WiFi. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide a viable solution. The primary purpose of these spaces is to offer convenience to working individuals, and unfortunately, that hasn't been met in my experience. I have been here, using their services from the time it kicked off @NSP. Very nice , friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Every thing is well managed here, cleanliness is well taken care of .
