The highlight of working with us is that we give a commitment on the project cost and timeline before start of execution of the project - thus, we ensure that the Client does not feel trapped at any point in time and has an option to reject new recommedations, if budget is a hard stop.

It was around June 2022 that we had purchased a resale flat at Kalpataru Splendour, Wakad and we were looking for designers.
We evaluated multiple agencies both, branded as well as local ones, and finalized for Mrs. Payal and Mr. Nupoor Joshi for the project. What we liked most about them was their sincerity towards the assignment. During the initial meetings, they were quite transparent and clear while agreeing or disagreeing to our requirements.
When we got into the design phase, Payal jee was ready with the designs and they were so prepared for the designing meeting that in a single meeting we were able to freeze on the layout and all elevations. In the next meeting, Payal jee and Nupoor jee came to our home with sufficient samples and catalogues and we were able to finalise on all laminates in a single meeting. In the third meeting, we finalized on the remaining items like fabrics for sofa and curtains and tiles for garden area, etc,…. and by the time our flat agreement was done, the designing was complete.
The execution started off immediately with multiple teams working on different aspects and all happening in a highly organized manner. Our office kept us busy, but when we used to visit on weekends, we always found substantial progress each time. What makes us really happy is that our flat was handed over to us 3 weeks before the committed time line, which resulted in we saving on one-month rent as well !.
The support post project completion (all payments also cleared) have has been equally good, when their people visited us some trivial issues we faced – It is about 8 months that this project is completed, and hence I can say this with authority. Also, very importantly, we have not come across any quality issues till now, which could have made us feel that, we should have visited more often when work was going on.
Lot of our relatives, friends and colleagues have visited us over the past 8 months and all have immensely liked the place, and have congratulated us for getting the right people for the job.

There is saying in Marathi ‘घर पाहावे बांधून आणि लग्न पाहावे करून' .. which prompts worth having an experience to build your own house.
It is a classic journey and mellow drama. One can still enjoy if the expert and trusted advisors are engaged which was our experience.
We recently combined and renovated our two 2-BHK flats at Mahindra Royale, Pimpri, Pune. We approached Mrs. Payal Joshi and Mr. Nupoor Joshi, owners of BJ eInterio (erstwhile known as Shree Jogeshwari Designs). It was really a wonderful experience. They are very professional, abundantly innovative and solid at execution.
Our combined area is 2,323 sq ft. with 4 bedrooms, a really big living room, pooja ghar and kitchen. Every room is designed uniquely with different theme - right from flooring to ceiling. A journey started with planning and @ Payal Joshi quickly picked up choices of my family members - aging from 16 to 75, having varied choices and preferences. We got right advisory and enough choices for making right selections. The most liked ones are my teenager son’s room and kitchen by our friends & family visited so far…
Dealing with changes and managing expectations handled quite well by Mr. and Mrs. Joshi, always with smiles and great understanding. I must also mention about their team, knowing their jobs very well and outstanding converting your ideas with pictures from pinterst to reality. More importantly, they work as one team and compliment each other very well.
The last but the most important part was ‘BUDGET’ which you always find insufficient 😊😊. But what can you expect more if a professional cost accountant - @ Mr. Nupoor Joshi, manages this part for you.

What’s your interior design process?
Step 1: We visit the site, and understand the Clients requirements
Step 2: We propose 2-3 alternative packages to address the requirements along with their costs, and discuss / explain them to Client.
Step 3: The Client makes decision to award the project to us, makes payment of our Commitment charges (3% of the project cost). This amount is part of the total project cost.
Step 4: Discussions happen to finalise the micro aspects of the project - designs, material, finishes, etc.
Step 5: We update the project estimates to give the final project cost based on Step 4, due to which the project cost may increase or decrease as appropriate
Step 6: Client confirms on Step 5, and project plan is shared with Client for payment schedule mentioning date and activity milestones
Step 7: Work is executed as per plan and project is handed over on the agreed timeline
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
All design styles, as desired by Client. The design styles we deliver at times cannot be categorised as well, but our focus is to meet Client expectations and requirements.
What do you love most about your job?
The challenge of meeting Client requirements within their budgets and, the bond that gets created with the Client when an interior designing project is happily handed over.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to get Interior Designing at the door step of people who are sensitive about the value of their money. We want to remove the notion that Interior Designing required splashing of money.

We prefer not to provide service remotely. Being on-site where the work is happening is essential to ensure perfect finishing
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our projects are done at sites where Clients do not reside, and hence, Clients are safe. All our staff has undertaken both vaccination doses and before handover of the site to Clients, we do a deep cleaning along with sanitisation of the premises.

First of all, we understand the requirements of the Client, Visit the site to check on technical feasibilities, and propose solutions accordingly along with corresponding costs. We also help Clients evaluate the options and make decisions considering their long term impact.
