Very poor management and services, They did the needful only until they had to install, they promised after surveying that their cameras are feasible after installation had daily camera problems, they stopped responding to service messages 4cameras are not working out of the 9 i was suggested, and nobody from the team responds to calls or messages; pathetic aftersales service, and cameras are not worth it, no online support, no email support, all helping number goes to only the distributor Rajesh but he does not support or respond for services!!! They have not guided us to use the application (pathetic application) they have not explained anything regarding the minor concerns if need to troubleshoot, DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICES !! More...
