With myriad of career options available nowadays, some of the students are very confused to select the right subjects to help identify their careers. At the end of the counselling sessions, I get to see that students gain a lot of clarity and understanding on their personality, interest, skills and abilities with a list of career options most suited for them.
I am a passionate, driven, experienced and empathetic professional with a demonstrated history of working in various roles over the last 28 years in Operations and Compliance, Business Administration and Sustainability and CSR with two reputed Multinational Companies in the Middle East and India. Also, as a Joint Managing Trustee (Freelance), I help manage our Higher Calling Trust since 2016 supporting patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and generating awareness about the disease. I constantly look at opportunities for self improvement, developing others and supporting the community.
I have good experience in mentoring individuals and have worked with youth and colleagues in helping them understand their personalities and key interpersonal skills. Encouraged by the good feedback received from those sessions, I was motivated to become a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) and setup TARGET CAREER COUNSELLING to assist the youth of today to make the right choices, early in life, to secure their future. I think it is essential for students to be aware of these choices and also be guided to see if they are suitable for the same as per their interest, passion and abilities.
I truly believe that with my experience at work over the years and my innate desire to support the community, I will be able to assist the youth find their true career path to thrive in the future!
I started this Business with a PURPOSE .... to assist the youth identify the right career path best suited for their personality and interest so that they can enjoy what they do in the future and maintain a good work-life balance and stress-free life.
I am obsessed with this purpose and ensure that my clients get the max benefit from our interactions.
I also provide an additional value-add item (free-of-cost) which is very useful for the candidate!
I am based in Jeevan Bhima Nagar, Bangalore (1km from Indiranagar). If a client prefers to meet in person, happy to accommodate their request. Else, the counselling sessions are all over ONLINE over Google Meet link with my camera ON full time.
Process followed will be
(1) pre-counselling (1hr)
(2) online assessment by candidate (45m-1hr
(3) counselling 1 reviewing all the most suited career options based on assessment results (1hr)
(4) counselling 2 post candidate selecting top 3 choice of career option (1hr)
Post-counselling-support will be provided for 1 month after main interaction.
Online meetings over Google Meet links.
If in person, we maintain social distance, wear masks and provide sanitizer.
