What do you love most about your job?
I have coached people within companies like Google, Meta and Twitter for 11 years but now I get to share the secrets of how people progress within these companies with my coaching clients. I get so much satisfaction from hearing how people unlocked a challenging mindset and stopped procrastinating and how that impacted their career so positively.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In one word, empowerment. My vision is that everyone has access to a coach who asks open, powerful questions to unlock insight. In many instances, with the coach simply acting as a sounding board, huge insight can be unlocked. I benefited fully from this during the time at Big Tech companies and want everyone to have the same opportunity I had to fulfil their career aspirations.

Both within range of South Dublin. By default I use Google Meet or Zoom but if you would rather meet in person, this can be arranged via discussion.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote first. However for those who would like to meet in person, we use masks and hand sanitiser and ensure social distance is adhered to.
