Great training sessions completed virtually from my home. This type of training emphasises training the muscle to failure so there is no need for multiple rounds of exercises. I was surprised by what can be achieved with minimal equipment from my sitting room! Highly recommended. More...

Great experience training with Optima Strength. I had the pleasure of having Lawrence as my coach. Hugely knowledgeable and great personally too. Great care and attention paid to my programme, making adjustments along the way to get the most out of my training. I trained with Optima Strength remotely through the lockdowns and was still able to see great improvements with my strength and body composition - even with limited equipment available. Lawrence really helped with helping me to understand my body better so that I can train optimally. Can’t recommend Optima Strength enough. I was struggling to stay consistent with my workouts before joining Optima. The frequency of HIT training suits me as I can commit to the time each week.
The equipment the lads in Optima have is excellent and perfect to be able to get the maximum out of my workouts without fear of injury.
I am really starting to feel the benefits after a few months with increased muscular size and strength.

An evidence-based approach to getting the body of your dreams would say that 1) You need an effective and efficient strength training program (30-min 2x per week) which you can follow consistently. 2) You need to provide enough recovery between your workouts (48-72 hours) to avoid over training, and maintain a low stress lifestyle and good sleep hygeine. 3) You need to eat a calorie controlled diet to facilitate weight loss/weight maintenance. The formula for best results is simple but NOT easy. We help you achieve your dream body with accountability, supervision and an evidence-based approach to your strength workouts.

You can train 1-on-1 with an expert trainer virtually for 30-minutes, 1-3 times per week from anywhere via Zoom. We use safe, evidence-based strength training to deliver an incredible workout experience. 1-on-1 sessions start at €150/mo.

All of the equipment is cleaned after every use. Hand sanitiser is provided. Trainers will wear masks on request.
