What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
An evidence-based approach to getting the body of your dreams would say that 1) You need an effective and efficient strength training program (30-min 2x per week) which you can follow consistently. 2) You need to provide enough recovery between your workouts (48-72 hours) to avoid over training, and maintain a low stress lifestyle and good sleep hygeine. 3) You need to eat a calorie controlled diet to facilitate weight loss/weight maintenance. The formula for best results is simple but NOT easy. We help you achieve your dream body with accountability, supervision and an evidence-based approach to your strength workouts.

We are passionate about making people stronger, healthier, and happier. We love delivering excellent customer service and strength workouts which Wow people. We enjoy helping people achieve the best results in the most efficient and effective way possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In spite of a mountain of evidence supporting the huge health benefits of strength training, only a fraction of the population take part. Our team have seen many of our friends and family suffer as a result of a lack of exercise and an unhealthy lifestyle. Our purpose is to get more people to engage in strength training, which is shown to significantly reduce chronic disease and help people transform their appearance and well-being.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of the equipment is cleaned after every use. Hand sanitiser is provided. Trainers will wear masks on request.
