John has been absolutely incredible from start to finish. As complete novices to the world of mortgages, John made sure my partner and I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect every step of the way. We probably wouldn't be living in our first family home yet if it weren't for John. He is the best and very professional. I don’t even have words to describe the support and guidance we received by John in the journey filled with hurdles of we buying a house . Starting from the very beginning John has been the epitome of excellence and dedication. I have never come across a man who works with such a passion and love for his Job. To me, John entirely changed whole concept of a mortgage broker by not only helping us to get the mortgage approved but he was there all along as a strong support , guiding us into each steps, giving his opinions from his experience and knowledge ,be it issues regarding solicitor ,or bank , or builder , which just eased the whole heavy stress of this Journey.
