Having qualified in 2017 in Exercise, Health Studies and Personal Training at EQF Level 4, I have worked in gyms part-time over the last number of years and have worked with private clients helping them achieve their goals.
I am qualified in Kettlebells, TRX, indoor cycling and Pre and Post-Natal exercise.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Before meeting a client for the first session, I will send them a form to complete. This may seem tedious but by completing the form this gives the client the chance to understand what they want out of our sessions and allows me to programme effectively for their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Our bodies do so much to support us, it keeps us breathing and moving and able to go about most of our daily routines without having to think about it very much.
Achieving the body of your dreams, means different things to different people. Writing down what you want to achieve and making realistic goal plans will go along way to help you achieve the body you've always dreamed of.
And hopefully on your journey to that body, it will reaffirm all the things your body does for you and the good habits that help you in achieving your goals will become lifestyle changes.
What do you love most about your job?
People! I am an outgoing person, so meeting and talking to people about their lives and what we can do together to help them reach their potential is extremely rewarding.
Why should our clients choose you?
As I mentioned above, my job is to help you work towards your goals. I am friendly and approachable with experience in group work and individual training. When designing sessions I feel it is important that clients get enjoyment out of them - not dread them - so I happily take on feedback from sessions.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Thankfully, I had just stopped working in my last gym position just before Covid due to a change in my full-time job.
However at the moment I aim to only work with clients on a 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 basis at an appropriate socially distance manner to remove the risk posed by COVID 19. Hand sanitizer etc will be available and if clients wish to bring their own equipment that can be facilitated.
