I inspire women who have a wardrobe full of clothes but nothing to wear. I'm Carol Hanson, image consultant to women who want to feel amazing using the clothes they already own. I offer in-person and online sessions on how to style yourself, including image, colour and wardrobe consultations. My passion is to work with women who want to look good but don't want to spend hours on their wardrobe. You believe in quality over quantity, and would rather revamp your wardrobe than buy a different outfit every week that doesn't last.
Giving women the confidence to be themselves, knowing they look and most importantly feel fabulous every time they get dressed.
I was inspired to launch my styling business when I realised just how prevalent body confidence issues are among women. I suffered from an eating disorder for over 23 years and while I'm now fully recovered, I recognise how debilitating a lack of body confidence can be.
You will be inspired to show up as yourself, feeling confident in your clothing choices that really say “this is me”.
You will be able to make the most of your wardrobe, creating more outfits than you ever believed possible from clothes you already own.
When you do choose to add to your wardrobe, you will be empowered to make more conscious choices.
Yes I can provide my services online. Clients will complete a short questionnaire and send photos in advance, then we will arrange an online consultation via Zoom.

I had so much fun working with Jemma! She came over to do a closet edit and, I am so grateful for the time we spent. Not only do I now understand what kind of body shape I am and how to dress it, we also went through my current clothes in detail and managed to bring some pieces that I haven't worn for years back to life. I can tell that Jemma is very passionate about her work, and that came through in her presence, but also in the quality of her advice to me and her structured way of working which was completely personalised to me (she had sent me over a questionnaire before we met). Would recommend her to anyone and I hope to work with her again :)

I had a fantastic time with Jemma ! I am a mum of 3 young children and this was the best gift ! My colour and body shape assessment was an eye opener. We met online because of the distance but I felt really at ease with Jemma. She is very skilled and professional. Merci Jemma de m'avoir redonner le goût de la mode ! X

My mum and I had a colour and body shape analysis with Jemma. It was fantastic. We’ve each come away excited to introduce more colour into our wardrobes and some different styles. Jemma is warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. An inspiring couple of hours- would highly recommend to others!
