Very intelligent, insightful support and direction. The main positive is I am speaking with someone who talks from life experiences which I relate to in some ways. The negative would be ensuring the provider has time to themselves without being constantly accessible? As this poses an overflow which can be too much for the therapist to take on regardless of their caring intentions. Otherwise Natalie Lek is exceptional at her job.

Paulina is a wonderful human. She is honest and direct. These traits are what make her so capable as an emotional and mental guide. Paulina asks me direct questions without judgement or emotion which in turn allows me to be more honest with myself. Paulina follows good intuition too; she regularly checks in during our conversations to ensure the topic hasn't become too heavy for me to deal with. When discussing persinal goals and future plans she provides a grounding base. She encourages a realistic approach rather than an idealistic approach, but maintains an optimistic attitude.Paulina continually reminds me to be kind to myself and sets a nurturing example.
I highly reccomend Paulina as a lifestyle coach and an emotional coach/couincillor.

Beverley is an amazing counsellor. She quickly put me at my ease & created a positive & empathetic environment. Over the course of our sessions, I learned to look at my life differently & how to use CBT techniques to counteract negative thoughts. We even had a few laughs along the way. Highly recommended.

I provide relationship and communication coaching: The 4 pillars of my business are self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, communication, and empathy and I believe that all 4 are VITAL for a flourishing relationship. As someone who used to not be able to express my emotions, I would generally hold everything in until all of my feelings burst out. This caused arguments and a lot of hurt in my relationship.

We often search for fulfilment by achieving targets, obtaining things or earning money, but it’s actually our close relationships that offer us the greatest feeling of happiness. What better way could I feel more personally fulfilled than by helping couples massively improve their relationship, for the benefit of them and those around them.
In the spring of 2018, I found myself at a crossroads. I was expecting my second child in three months, and feeling unfulfilled by my career in financial services. I couldn't shake the feeling that I should switch from part-time coaching to launching my own business full time.
As I delved deeper into coaching, I felt a growing desire to help others who were in similar situations. Through my experiences, relationship challenges consistently surfaced, leading me to specialise in helping both couples and individuals to find positive resolutions.
Over the last 10 years learning, and 7 years working specifically in this domain, I now have a structured and proven coaching philosophy that can help people transform how people view themselves, from the inside-out.
Trained by The Coaching Academy, Leeds Metropolitan University, The Brain Academy and a published author of Mindset Dad, I have over 20 years of skills, qualifications and experience to apply. I know as well as anyone the challenges life can bring in terms of finding balance alongside a busy career, young children, maintaining a healthy relationship and the shift in identity we face through different stages of our lives.
My coaching calls are usually via Zoom video call. This allows you to find a quiet space where you feel comfortable and relaxed away from any distractions, you can talk freely and in complete confidence.
